lulufortuny @zofia80 The inside is 22.5”. My head size is 22.25. The hat block I have it on is 22.75” . I do hope that helps give you an idea. Wool felt can be stretched or even shrunk with steam. I made a few hats, years ago & if they are little too large, we used a trick of placing a small strip of felt on the inside, thus tightening it slightly more to the head🌸
