Skirt is NWT and in perfect condition. It is made of a cotton blend tweed in light pink, fuchsia and purple tones and has a small ruffle with a faux leather fringe that peeps out. It has two hip pockets and a concealed zip on the left. Italian size 40 but fits slightly small (approximately a 4-6) Waist: 13" Hip: 18" Length: 19"
