A tip for setting prices - always research similar items already listed on Poshmark to get an idea, and also set your prices a bit higher than what you're willing to sell them for (so you have some room to negotiate). I started this right before he retired and in the middle of flipping a house to sale and restoring a historic home, so I am so far behind. I don't know why I took on a full time job as well.

I am constantly getting my home cleaned up and then it goes posh crazy for a bit, then back around again as we clean out and as kids and grandkids are cycling through items. I can’t complain too much, honestly. I have always had busy hands. I literally need to train myself to take a moment to have a calm moment. I’m a work in progress lol

maggiebfashion @kandyzland it developed out of a need for storage more than anything else. We are not open to the public yet. We were in the middle of getting it set up when my father in law was hospitalized.. so we are in the process of moving our inventory now. The first part of the year we will open. I have a lot of inventory that is just to heavy to list here so I need some way to move it.
