simplychicposh @jbentley029 hi... not exactly sure about your question. Poshmark fees are 20%. You price your item however you want. I recommend looking at the sold items of similar things to figure out how to price. I price 20-30% higher so I can make offers. Go to FAQ and selling to help you.

thriftyatd @simplychicposh what do I do when someone decides they don’t like what they purchased? I took excellent photos of an item and was marked accordingly as it was not “new with tags” and she’s not happy cause it’s not new?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

simplychicposh @scavengerhunt it doesn’t matter if she doesn’t like it. She would have to open a case for a return. If you provided all of the details in ur description and photos then she doesn’t really have a case... usually just send a note saying you are sorry she was disappointed however, you provided all of the details.

thriftyatd @simplychicposh well she says she’s opening a case. As long as she send it back I don’t care about the return. It’s in excellent condition as I mention but I never said it’s new. I just said I never used it, but I didn’t buy it brand new either, so misunderstanding of wording?! My mistake? I thought it was clear with the photos and not marking it new, but I may be wrong. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Just decide if you want to share the facts or be done with it now....it sounds like her misinterpretation though which then you would win.
