Marc Jacobs silk black blouse size xs (please read description regarding size)

Marc Jacobs black silk blouse is a xs and it is BEAUTIFUL! This is a blouse that comes alive off the hanger. It has a wide, open neck with a voluminous body and arms. The blouse just flows and moves. The sleeves have a slit or opening from shoulder to elastic wrist, there is a band that sits on the hips (higher or lower depending upon your size.) It is gorgeous and she deserves to be shown off and worn! It is in EXCELLENT condition. I wore it once and to be honest it wears me which is why I am letting it go. I feel it is too big for me and it needs to be filled out more to look the way it should. I think it would fit a small/medium as the measurements are top of neck to bottom "22" the band width that sits on hips is "19" and there is no pit to pit as the sleeves are dolman and start opening at the shoulder so approx. "23 " or wider. This is a very voluminous blouse and depending upon how you want it to fit your size.
