Hi there. I was wondering if this jacket will close up around the neck. It looks like there are little hooks and on buttons behind the collar but I cannot really tell. I live in Vancouver where the rain is real and constant and just really need something that can button up around the neck to keep me dry! Thanks for any additional info or pictures.

@shawshank111 added the last photo that’s agains the more yellow chair so you can see the colour better. So it’s this bright yellow-ish colour but not pure golden mustard yellow, with a light light lime added to it like golden mustard yellow with a 10% of lime added to it.
I haven’t seen this colour anywhere.
