Marisfrolg spaghetti strap dress a-line with pleated skirt EU size 38

Great pre-loved condition Marisfrolg dress. Features spaghetti straps, a-line shape with pleated skirt and side zipper closure. Ivory background colour with yellow, blue and orange geometric design. Appears that there may have once been a belt, but belt loops could easily be removed. No tag showing material content. Has a cotton like feel, but I'm not sure it's cotton. Size is EU38. I am estimating this to be a US small based on looking at charts online; however, please review measurements below to ensure a proper fit. Laid flat measurements: Pit to pit: 17" Waist side to side: 14" length from top hem to bottom hem: 35"
