Marks & Spencer black and white trench coat

Beautiful and unique Marks & Spencer black and white trench coat in Size 6. Like new condition except for the back of the belt which has some discolouration (see photo) and the fabric has hardened there. I’m not sure what exactly stained it as I barely wore this coat.
