Max Mara wool/silk blend beige trousers

Not authenticated. Couple stains in back near crotch are(see last pic). Seam at crotch does not line up exactly and small loose stitch at crotch(see second last pic). Zipper front with inner secure button closure and double hook and eye cross over tab closure. Hand pockets. Buttons have mother of pearl look and embossed “MaxMara”. Unlined. 2 back pockets with button closure. Made in Italy. Labelled US 14(see measurements). Model is 5’9, US 4 and fits large on model. MIdrise. 80%wool/18%silk/2%elastane. Approx 45in length, 17in width at top of waistband, 10.5in rise, 34.25in inseam, 21.5in width across hip area (has some give due to stretch in fabric), *Please keep in mind that this is a ❤️preloved item and it has been worn and used.
