Navy blue stretch lace top with a taupe metallic stretch liner. The top is smocked and can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. The body is lined and the sleeves are not. It has an eyelash trim on the bottom of the sleeves and top. German Boutique brand. Will fit a larger size. Pit to pit is approximately 19.5" and stretches to 25" and length is 30.5". New with tags.
