caityschmaity @babelesgirl HI! It's hard to say howdy to every new person, but I do whenever I see someone is nearby! I don't have juicy stuff in my closet, I wanted to reload more stuff tonight bc it's all sold! I see you like Anthopologie? I like when they take vintage and make it their own; not sure if they follow a vintage pattern... ANYWAY, I'm in Haverford now, I have to move to Philly soon (I was in Manayunk before here) bc if I work @ the Free Library the city requires that I do!

caityschmaity @babelesgirl Oh sorry, I forgot to say I wish you much luck with selling- I mostly bought, and then I was just broke, so I had to start posting... It's really hard though, and I have about 10 million Likes! I'll keep any eye on your closet, if you put in any Anthopologie "vintage" (forget what they call it, let me know! babelesgirl @caityschmaity I am buying more than I sell myself! LOL I used not to care much about clothing but it changed recently and since my dad died last year I seem to want to comfort myself by buying way to many pretty things. Sigh. Thanks again for the tips...I am currently selling mostly what is not Anthro, but I have some Anthro pieces in my closet already. I assume at some point there will be more "Anthro vintage" from me on sale. Thanks again, you are super nice!

caityschmaity @babelesgirl gee, you’re welcome! And I’m STAYING in the Main Line area, next to the Haverford train! Oh I just put a bunch of stuff up on Vinted, including a really beautiful vintage dress that kills me to sell, but it’s way big on me and I don’t wanna tear it up w/alterations when it’s in such great condition... but Vinted is a pain sometimes bc there are a few vintage nuts but not many!

caityschmaity @babelesgirl which drives me to drink bc I want to go ON about my vintage stuff! Since I haven’t gotten where I’m going yet I can’t get most of my stuff out of storage but I sold my whole closet there (for just about nothing)- one thing sold here but I’m known mostly as a buyer I think!

caityschmaity @babelesgirl also my grandfather, he pretty much WAS my dad and I moved from Denver to Phoenixville, PA (he had the local funeral home there, lots of stories) and it was around that time that I went nuts buying stuff, too! I’ve loved thrifting since I was a teenager so I did a lot of that but on a much HUGER scale...

caityschmaity @babelesgirl now I could just murder myself bc I spent so much $$ that I mostly blew any $ my gramps left me, & that was the big thing. He loved deals too- I introduced him to the Dollar Store, which he REFUSED to believe was an actual place! Anyway. I still bust out crying sometimes bc I was the only one he had to watch out for him, my mom died when I was a teen. Do you still have your mom?
