bootr Hey there Linda. I was the one who answered you on fashionomics post. I didn't want them to get upset we were having a conversation on their post. I sent them an email right away when they reminded me to ship my order. I had shipped it so I was concerned. I also talked to the post office. But it's insured. So you should be covered. Sometimes they take a few days to get back to you. If they don't, for some reason, ask the post office if you can file a lost package claim.

bootr I've always had good experiences with posh support. Another customer wanted to return an item. They refunded her. But gave me my money too. And as far as them putting you on warning maybe that's just because you're newish? My shipping sucks and I cant help it. Most of my sales happen on Saturday after the mail runs. Or over a holiday weekend.

If I’m wrong....my apologies.You have a good reputation so this all seems crazy.Let’s cut it down to bare facts.There’s tons of scams out there.I never ordered this bag,although lovely. I got taken somehow.And Google it.It’s everywhere & not at $250.I will keep the bag & not reposh.I don’t want to have a problem.I don’t get this livid with people & don’t enjoy this.But someone took my $120 w/o my permission. humbomom @shbcoppertop I had an email into Posh support immediately upon seeing purchase of the bag. I was mostly concerned about my card getting in the wrong hands rather than you. But when they gave you the 120 without investigating, I became unglued. None of our cards should be at risk.

I even found an offer that expired!! 😳 This COVID-19 is making me crazy and, as I’m sure, with many others, it’s getting me down. Other than that and a few migraines ......we’re surviving.
