@khbutler2 So good to meet another giant!! I don't sell my work...I was thinking about it for a while, and decided I would rather have it just for myself, as a hobby. I'm actually more into carpentry and building furniture right now. I used to do a lot of traditional oil painting, but enjoy drawing with pen and ink much more. Yes, I did the profile picture a while ago. I haven't uploaded any of my recent stuff, but I'm so glad you noticed it! Thanks for checking out my closet!

In your listing, a customer asked if they had been cut and your response was that it was a factory look.. no, it is not the case. Not only that, they are very used. You can tell new from used, very easily.

I buy most of my things from Nordstrom Rack, and this is the first time I have ever heard of a problem with something that is new with tags. I bought these at Nordstrom, immediately photographed them and stored them. They were never worn.

I am really surpised this wasn't obvious. They appear used, right away. The drape, hem, etc. I assumed they were a factory hem since that's what you had stated. The rack will resell used items and stamp irregular or mark on tag as altered, but you removed part of tag:(

@alamecker I did remove the price that I paid, nothing else on the tag. As for the Hem and the fit, the title in my listing states that they are distressed, hence the purposeful used look. Furthermore, there are pictures of every part of the jeans, so I’m confused as to why you would be surprised at all.

@alamecker they were never used or cut, the Hem is pre-cut. I don’t think we will resolve this between the two of us, that’s why Posh steps in. I won’t write them anything, because it’s not a big deal, and if you really don’t want to pay for them, I get it and will take them back. But I did not mislead anything in the description. I am sorry you’re upset, and this will be resolved by them quickly, they work fast.

I am just disappointed. It is very obvious they are used. Looks like you are a seasoned seller. I would have hoped you wouldn't have taken advantage that since they have a tag, well then they are new. Yes, techniquely they have a tag but new they are not. I hope going forward you do the right thing:)
