lindleyy @ridinghood13 very cool! My fiancé proposed to me at his promotion to Captain last month! It was so unexpected and apparently a very unique time to propose. We have a YouTube video of it 😍. He got back from Afghanistan last March- an officer for an infantry regiment but in June will be at Wounded Warriors so that will be very rewarding!

mrsalliexo @lindleyy Hi sweetie, here are a couple spots that I personally love. 1. Hummingbird ranch in Simi Valley ( this is where I wanted to get married ) It's unbelievable in person. 2. Saddlerock ranch in Malibu, a beautiful rustic feel 3. Verandas Beach House is a popular spot to get married in Manhattan beach 4. Oak Canyon Ranch in Agoura is another spot I almost picked this was my #2 it's amazing!

mrsperkins We were married at The Casitas Estate in Arroyo Grande by San Luis Obispo and it was a dream come true. There are four individual Casitas for friends and family to stay in. Amazing hotels near by. The venue has a shuttle and picks all your guests up. It was amazing.

ses54 @lindleyy Actually we have been everywhere! Bahamas, lived in Florida & Mexico for a year. It we always come back to the states! He just had surgery on his old war injury last Monday lasting 7hrs and wound up back in ER & is on bed rest now. Thank your husband for his service & I wish you the best! lindleyy @tanyaajordan Hey girl! I am actually from Hawaii, but we got married in Cali. I live on the East coast, so the only way to get both of our families out to our wedding was to meet halfway between East coast and Hawaii haha. What type of wedding are you looking for? If you want it more intimate, places like Hawaii work well because most likely, not a lot of people would actually make it out there. Everyone is all talk and no action about going to Hawaii..it's expensive!

lindleyy @tanyaajordan I'm so sorry, I thought that I had responded to you about the Hawaii wedding thing. So, based off of your priorities for a wedding (dress, ring, marriage) I really think it would be cool if you guys eloped in Hawaii or something. I know you wanted an elegant ceremony, but if so, expect to pay WAY more than $20K. Obviously, you can cut costs in a lot of areas but it's insane how expensive some things are!

We collectively went through 8 hospitalizations and 4 surgeries (mostly my husbands) within 6 months of our wedding! We also bought a house and planned the wedding during that time. We've had almost every stressor thrown at us and are still as happy as can be! I truly think we can handle anything! <3
