@mgm23 I'm sorry you think that I opened this product. The box was open to take pictures and the box was banged up alittle but I never opened the actual product itself. I would not lie about the description. I 💯 keep it real on all my makeup products on if it was used or not. This was not used! Please know it is the same product from the picture and never open for air to get at it. I hope you can contact me next time to clarify anything or questions.

@trskras I am new to Posh and am learning about what terms mean. I expected this to be a sealed box, I.e. Absolutely new like if I bought in the store. That's not what I got. I'll just know for next time :) also, someone had tested this product as there was makeup in the lip of the lid.

@triciannoperez I am pretty sure the post office has lost my parcel :( I have tried to pick it up 3 times and they cannot find it. They are calling other post offices in the area to track it down. The postman put it in the wrong "bin" or something. I hope they can find it and it doesn't get shipped back or something. They are supposed to call me today.

@triciannoperez because I am rarely home during the day, I requested that they hold the parcel at the post office, which I have in a confirmation email. I have not gotten any updates after that. Do you want to call USPS?

@triciannoperez I tried to do that three times and they cannot locate the package, I gave them my phone number in case they found it. I emailed Poshmark support for help with USPS as well.

Hello, according to the USPS tracking number they attempted to deliver the package again on Jan 17. Please pick up the package at your post office I would really appreciate it.
