penny_widmore @theswincess First, your personal attacks are inappropriate, & blocking me from replying to your derogatory comment is immature. Second, the necklace was thrown into an oversized bubble envelope, loosely tossing around during transport and arriving in a jumbled tangled mess. I don’t expect white glove service, but you could have at least wrapped it in a piece of toilet paper & stuck a piece of tape on it. Your poor packaging & now your attitude, proves your rating was justified.
