katiebarth @bluebugambilia Hi! How odd! If I were you, I’d open the sale up and click the problems/inquiry link to start a conversation with Posh to ask how they’d like you to handle it. While you wait for the response, message the buyer on the sold item and let them know what happened and that you’ve reached out to Posh support to ask for their help. My guess is that the buyer has a typo in their address, but you never know. I hope this helps! ❤️
