tamrhol I am really disappointed that you chose to change your rating on the Guess shoes and insinuate that I in some way misled or cheated you.Those are the only pair that I have of those and I am not the one who labeled them an 8.5. That was done by the retailer and has not been changed. I am sorry that they do not fit you, I know how disappointing that can be, but it was not because of any thing I did or did not do. I'm new to this and hopefully I can publicly defend myself of your accusations.

teann @tamrhol I didn’t insinuate. I stated if it was a mix up I’d swap for the correct size because I liked them. I sent the wrong item before, it happens. One girl filed a bad rating because she didn’t receive shoes she purchased 24 hrs earlier! I didn’t even ship them yet. The ratings wont hurt you . Don’t take them personally. After a few it won’t bother you. I can’t give a good rating if the item was not the size as described.
