carlton2020 Hi Pilar….I am so sorry about the tiered trays being ruined. I just can’t even imagine how things are handled by the usps after they leave us. Would be afraid to see a video. I would love to see Poshmark refund both of us, so you’re not out any money either as it’s not your fault the mail service failed on this delivery. I don’t even want to know how it could have been broken, especially when marked fragile. Thanks too for such a lovely card! I’ve never gotten such a nice note from a seller before and it really made my day!
