rhndmarI apologize for the low ball offer. I confused you with another seller that was offering 50% off bundles. Sorry about that.

Nov 16Reply

havanajane@rhndmar no problem! I didn’t see your offer. I sent you a offer on a bundle! Let me know if that works for you?!:)

wkaskaHey I was wondering if you were going to mail the pants I ordered from you? If not I will cancel

Feb 13Reply

havanajane@wkaska hey I’m trying to figure that out I mailed them about 3 days ago, I’m not sure if they are stuck at the post office or what. We are having a huge snow storm here so I don’t know if that is what’s going on

Feb 13Reply

wkaska@havanajane ok, just wondering. We are having bad weather here too but the mail is running.

Feb 13Reply

havanajane@wkaska I know I’m so sorry. Do you want to give it a couple days and I’ll cancel if it doesn’t show up?

Feb 13Reply

wkaska@havanajane yes ma’am. That is fine.

Feb 14Reply

wkaska@havanajane have you heard anything on the jeans? It still says awaiting shipping. I know we haven’t been getting mail due to weather

Feb 18Reply

cengel1621Just making sure my offer was legit. Am I reading that right? Half off bundles 3+? 😇🤣😍

Apr 24Reply

havanajane@cengel1621 hey yes! I sold the vs bra and under Armour pants before I got your offer! So sorry. Can you resend your offer for the other items?

Apr 24Reply

havanajane@cengel1621 hey feel free to counter offer me:) thanks

Apr 24Reply

cengel1621@havanajane I’m confused at what’s going on. Lol I had all of those in a bundle at 53. I offered half. ??

Apr 24Reply

havanajane@cengel1621 yeah! It was half off the bundle not the bundle price! So the original price was $77 so I split that.

Apr 24Reply

zhivagosmomHello. Did you sell that Halston Heritage Ombre dress on which you gave that offer? I am interested. Thank you

May 05Reply

havanajane@zhivagosmom hey I didn’t get your offer? Can you resend it

May 05Reply

zhivagosmom@havanajane I would, but it has been removed (sorry about my delayed response, but I couldn't get on yesterday) . I don't know where to find it. Perhaps you deleted it by accident? Thank you

May 05Reply

havanajane@zhivagosmom oh shoot I’m so sorry I did sell it yesterday

May 05Reply

zhivagosmom@havanajane Oh, darn it! Ok. Thank you.

Jun 23Reply

yess2224No, yo send me a wrong item

Jun 23Reply

havanajane@yess2224 okay I will send you the right one if I still have it. I have another person that does my shipping so I will talk to them and figure it out. So sorry. Can you let me know what item you got?

Jun 23Reply

yess2224@havanajane It is a grey BNCI cardigan size M

Jun 24Reply

havanajane@yess2224 it was tagged as a XS. I would have liked to have fixed the problem before you rated me a 1 star. I would have gladly returned the items or sent out something as a replacement. I am a 5 star reseller for a reason.

Jun 24Reply

yess2224@havanajane I’m sorry it’s my first time, it’s because I didn’t know how leave a message without accepting the order

Jun 24Reply

yess2224@havanajane I think that I fixed the rating now

Jun 24Reply

yess2224@havanajane Hi, then do you want that I send you the wrong article back? Are you going to change it to me?

Mar 09Reply

havanajane@jgenevieve0891 hey I am so sorry I’m not sure what is going on with the rock revival jeans I ship them out but not sure why the aren’t tracking

Mar 09Reply

jgenevieve0891@havanajane Hello. Thank you for responding. Do you have the tracking number? Maybe we can look up the progress from your tracking number. Thank you.

Mar 09Reply

jgenevieve0891@havanajane I guess you don't have the tracking number huh? So that means I will not be getting the jeans.

Apr 04Reply

charmedestateHello, I am Super new to actually navigating poshmark, so it’s taking me a while to figure out how to even send tou a message! You sent me a bundle offer for 2 mens t-shirts that I had apparently started a bundle for but it won’t let me add anything else…. So I saw your note on your posts For a 30% bundle discount on 3+ items… so Can you please make me a bundle with those 2 t-shirts, along with the following items:

Apr 06Reply

charmedestateTrue religion white cropped jeans size 29 $17 True religion boot cut jeans size 30 $17 American eagle high rise distressed jean shorts size 10 $18 Sincerely Jules high distressed stretch high rise straight leg Jeans size 29 $18 Laguna beach gray low rise jeans size 30 $20 Ihave no idea how this works, but I appreciate you working with me :) I will pay asap Thanks Tracey

Apr 06Reply

charmedestateI have no idea if I am properly sending a message to you Omg I feel simple and dumb haha

Apr 06Reply

havanajane@traceyppaul hey! Just click add to bundle and send me a offer:)

Apr 06Reply

charmedestateIt wouldn’t let me add more that those 2 t-shirts, it said I can’t add any more because I have an active bundle.. I’m just going to purchase those and then try to start another bundle

Apr 06Reply

charmedestateIf I send another bundle right away are you able to package everything together? I don’t want to spend double on shipping,., I’m so sorry this is so confusing for me lol! Or should I decline that offer and just try to start over?

Apr 06Reply

havanajane@traceyppaul Oh no problem yes decline that offer, and then bundle everything you like and send me an offer, or I can send you an offer once you bundle everything you want. Sorry it’s so confusing

Apr 06Reply

leleweHi! I purchased an item from you last week but then you canceled it and now I see it’s re-listed? Not sure why other than you had sellers remorse and wanted more $$? Not very kind. Buyers beware :/

Oct 24Reply

havanajane@lelewe hey yes sorry I mistakenly accepted your offer. On that brand I can't much that low

Oct 24Reply

lelewe@havanajane Right. The polite thing would be to let me know. Perhaps offer to sell it for more. Best of luck to you! You win some and lose some on Posh I guess - it’s a bummer though when people aren’t upfront. Best of luck to you.

poshprincess412I just purchased this hoodie from this seller & she cancelled my order and listed it for more stating that she needed more money. I purchased all 3 Vuori hoodies and now she is saying she only has 2 available. Literally happened minutes ago! Very unethical and unprofessional seller. Be careful buying from her!
