bettyboopertoo The pkg showed up late Thursday p m . I sent a lengthy email to PM including a photo of the label asking for them to review and advise since the pkg was neither more than 5# or over 108” measured as they directed - length plus girth. I’ve sent quite a few pkgs larger than that on, and I’ve never encountered any problem. Hope to hear from PM tomorrow or Tuesday. Also let them know you received the Priority pkg(es) that I paid for. 😃😃 Betty

bettyboopertoo And so the saga continues…. The reply from Mel @ PM suggests I take the new label (that I don’t have yet) and the box to my local USPS along with PM’s guidelines and ask the clerk if how I’m sending it is ok, and if not, how to properly send with PM label. I’m hoping the replacement label shows up tomorrow because I’m heading south to see my grandkids on Friday and won’t be able to get to the p o until Monday. I’m really sorry about all this! ☹️

bettyboopertoo I took the box without the new label to our PO last Thursday and the clerk confirmed that everything was fine with the package - size, weight, label and the receiving PO facility was wrong - but she couldn't help further. She was going to resend the package the way it was, but hen felt it would be rejected because that label had already been scanned once. No new email from PM since last week. Sent them another email just now - will await their reply. :( :(
