rebeccate6 @joyotto Hi Joy! I think one of the biggest things you can do is build up your followers. Share other people's listings and try to share your closet three times a day if you can. If someone likes an item I try to share that item directly to their username and then put the item in a bundle and use the offer button and send them a special offer. That can sometimes work for sales.

rebeccate6 @joyotto Also PM takes a lot of time and patience. Sales didn't start rolling in for a month or so. Also the brands people have can really affect their sales. It seems like Anthropologie, Free People and boho brands like that usually sell well. In general, I don't think brands like Old Navy are big sellers. I tried the 30 minute method every day (Google it) and it made a difference in my sales and followers. Good luck to you! 💛😊

mazyodc Hi, I am asking a question and hoping that as an experienced posh ambassador you might have an answer. What happens if a buyer does not pay for the purchase after you’ve shipped the item. I’ve looked on the app and the web page and can’t seem to find an answer. I have sent the question to their help site but have not yet gotten a reply so I thought I’d try asking an Ambassador. rebeccate6 @mazyodc Good morning! That shouldn't happen because I believe when a buyer purchases an item, they immediately put it on their credit card or other form of payment. They buyer gets refunded if the item isn't sent or the item is returned. I hope this helps! Good luck! Rebecca
