@bestdressed995 You're welcome and thank you! I'll wrap them up carefully and send them off. They smell anazing. I'll be putting my body products on hiatus, in may, until the fall, so I don't have to ship in the heat. Until then, I'm very flexible with offers.
I'll be back to sharing again soon too, in case you've noticed the drop off. My phone charger cord is dying again and Posh is a battery beast 😌

Hi 👋 Kay! AKA @dizzytwizzler I have so enjoyed browsing your closet and while I have many types and shapes of various crystals, I am curious to know about these banded stones. I have never seen so many and I’m curious to know if you know what is their band? Is there any significance with these stones? Thank you!
Mar 09Reply

dizzytwizzler
@indigopuffin Heya there, if you mean the beach rocks, I would guess quartz or something similar in the bands. I got them from a friend's beach in Maine as a kid, I used to visit every summer. I wish I knew what they were all made of, aside from a good deal of granite. They're supposed to be "wishing" rocks because they're not especially common. I happened to put years into gathering them.

@indigopuffin Your closet name is super cute btw!

@dizzytwizzler wow okay. Are you still in Maine? We’re downsizing big time to adopt a “nomadic” lifestyle if you will. We’re moving into a fifth wheel to travel our great country for a while; I can’t wait to visit Maine! Thanks for the closet compliment; I love indigo blue and I love puffins so a closet name was born. I lived in Iceland (husband and kids too) for three years and fell in love with those cheeky little clown birds; I was tickled to learn Maine has them.

dizzytwizzler
@indigopuffin Oh, no, I grew up in, and am still in Massachusetts. My family vistited Maine in the summers. We had friends with a house up there.

dizzytwizzler
@indigopuffin I am so jealous, I would love that kind of life! I haven't been blessed to travel much, though I hiked the mountains of Vancouver and North Carolina. How did I miss PUFFINS in Maine? My family was never that adventurous though, so I guess that's how.

@indigopuffin Check out Acadia National Park in Maine, the cliffs are pink granite and it's so incredibly beautiful up there! It's one of my most cherished memories!

Thanks for the follow! I'm following you now too, and had fun going through your closet to choose what to share with my followers. We have many things in common ~ I have vintage items that were my grandmother's and mom's stuff (and also mine) that you'd enjoy seeing too. I'm sure I'll be back to look around again soon.

@nanacindylyn Thank you so much! I love your 1800s, swinging tea kettle/pot! I've never seen anything quite like it. I'm always amazed, how people (especially the wealthy), used to have a dish/fork, for most anything! I actually have a fish fork from my great-grandmother (unlisted), and a double-handled teacup (not for tea 😯?!) that's specific to broth/cream soup!
