jbuttler Hi, I wanted to let you know that I accidentally swapped your package of snowboard pants with another persons package which is a bra. I am so sorry. I think you are to report it and they will send you a label to send it back. The person who got your pants did the same. I'm not sure what happens after that but I'm sure they will tell us what to do. Again, I am so sorry for the mix up.

jbuttler Also, I am assuming you are receiving a cardboard box which has her bra but I did send 3 packages out that day and I am hoping I didn't mix all 3😱 the other is earrings and a necklace in a white USPS envelope

jbuttler I just read the email again and her claim is being reviewed and I'm sure approved because it's just a mix up. It says she will get a refund and then like you said we will have to do purchase again. I guess you will have to report it as well and get your refund and we can start over.
