whitsie @catchmythrifts Oh and I hang mine against white muslin and only take pictures during the middle of the day so the sunlight is bright! I think that helps a lot.

whitsie @catchmythrifts If you look closely at my bag and shoe photos, you’ll notice it’s actually a comforter! For anything I can’t hang, I literally just lay them out on a white comforter and hope for nice lighting! Then I just color correct the white tones in Snapseed and increase the brightness and contrast. A white board is a smart idea! I’m all for cheap alternatives rather than expensive set ups!

If I got a white comforter it would probably only be used for photos 😂 I cant keep anything white, white lol I will always find a way to get a stain on white anything hahaha. Maybe a white window valance I can hang out and figure something out. I still live at home so I dont have much room for anything crazy.

whitsie @catchmythrifts Maybe a white tablecloth or bed sheet hung up on your wall would do the trick! I stuck a Command hook against the wall then hung the white muslin right over it. I just hang my stuff on the hook right over the fabric! It’s cheap, but works!

The timing feels very fated in a way, as the anniversary of my mom’s passing from Cancer is next week. The kindness I’m receiving for doing such a simple act feels very healing for me. Please know I appreciate you taking the time to leave such a kindhearted comment AND share my entire closet. It’s this sort of support between Poshers that has made me so quickly love Poshmark 💚

gab120 @whitsie Great! The only thing I see is that the buttons have slight fading, probably just from being opened and closed. But it’s in really good condition otherwise. It’s a very thick jacket and the material Has held up beautifully. If you want I can take a few pics of the buttons.

whitsie @gab120 I’m sure it’s just natural fading to the velvet due to age :-) If you don’t mind uploading photos to show the wear, that would be great — but if it’s an inconvenience I’m sure it’s fine. I always expect some natural wear on vintage pieces and I definitely want the coat!

I’m really not accustomed to selling vintage so I don’t know what people’s expectations are! Let me know if it’s ok and then I can accept your offer. The button is in the right hand pocket.
