pretttyrose hello, I made sure to secure the package being that it's in a big coach box. You'll see what I mean when you receive it. I didn't want to ruin the box & I couldn't find a box big enough to fit it, the post office didn't have a bigger box. I did my best to secure it using an old dolce & gabbana box & I wrapped it twice with a thick Christmas wrapping paper. Hope you enjoy it, please mark the item accepted once you receive it. Thanks.

pretttyrose Please let me know what is the issue at this time because I put slot into trying to secure the coach box with coach boots using an old Dolce & Gabbana box of mines because it’s a very thick, sturdy box. Plus again I used a thick gold gift wrapping from Costco which I wrapped the box with twice. Not sure why there’s a case review on my sale. Please let me know what’s going on.

pretttyrose I’m a bit discouraged, never had an issue with any of my buyers & I open posh to see a notification that there’s a case review put out on the item you purchased from me...why? You purchased a brand new coach boots that was shipped to you in the coach box posted in my listing plus everything is as described, no fakes no lies. Please let me know what is going on.

At this time, if posh decides they want to refund you your monies & have you ship the item back to me, I ask that you secure the coach box with coach boots as protected as I made sure to send it to you so that there is no damage. pretttyrose @vkcrooks sorry 😐 i was totally clueless as to why this was a case review, never had that before & never intended to sell anything NOT as described. That’s my fault. I did not realize the boots i listed & shipped to you belonged to the current Coach boots I’m wearing now. I guess in the interim of me switching out boots I switched boxes & discarded the wrong box that belongs to the boots you bought. I didn’t know the boots were a size 7 either, no wonder why hey didn’t fit me.

Also, as I was very careful with the packaging to ship so that the box stay intact, please repackage it, protecting the integrity of the box as I have to keep the boots in that same box when I resell it describing the issue to other posters.
