true_heart @rachelromano25 The one on the very top with me riding bareback is a Thoroughbred :) I got him off the track as a 5 year old and he will be 8 this April. The one laying down in the second picture is a quarter horse and the chesnut with an aqua blue halter on is an Appendix. I love your beautiful icon picture, the snow is so pretty! Lovely black horse you have as well, such a sweet face!

rachelromano25 @true_heart Oh ok that's cool, my sister has 6 yr old thoroughbred and he is the funniest little guy! aww thank you he's an almost 18 year old quarter horse! he's a big baby... I actually teach lessons with him.. he's a good boy!

true_heart @rachelromano25 Thoroughbreds have some of the funniest personalities that is for sure! My guy is a goof ball as well and cracks me up all the time! Quarter horses are great horses! I love all horse breeds, but quarter horses have a special place in my heart :) That's awesome that you teach lessons on your guy, sounds like he is a super good boy! true_heart @southernlove87 Thank you! He is actually just a Thoroughbred, but he gets mistaken for a Warmblood all the time as he is built and rides just like one. He is actually the great, great grandson of Secretariat and the grandson of Unbridled if you are familiar with those Thoroughbreds. :)

true_heart @luvmyqh6 Our boys certainly do look alike! My giant is actually a Thoroughbred, but people often think he's a warmblood or quarter horse etc. because he isn't built like a typical thoroughbred at all and has a lot of bulk to him. Maybe our boys share a very distant relative somewhere along their lines. LOL :) I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter having a disaster at a GA show. I hope she is doing ok now? I keep my boys at home as well and certainly know about them keeping one busy :)

true_heart @g_sowers Hi, thank you! They are called "Shoo Fly Leggins", they can be used as fly boots, or to cover any injuries/wounds your horse may have that need coverage, but also something light and breathable. I've tried many brands of fly boots in the past and these are by far the best. Their design looks silly like it wouldn't keep flies out because the top is so wide, but it works and the horse gets no rubs/fungus because of the open design and breathability.

My family had horses growing up, nothing professional like it seems you do, but I remember how just a small scratch could attract flys and make a horse miserable. I’ve never seen something open at the top either but I can understand that they’d allow more air circulation that way. Thanks for answering. Good luck with your sales.

true_heart @g_sowers You're very welcome! I live in the South and the flies down here are truly awful- my Thoroughbred (the one pictured wearing the boots) is an ultra sensitive type. He practically lives in those boots 24/7 come summer. It's crazy the the flies don't fly down in the wide open top, but I guess it creates darkness like a tunnel, so they stay away. I remember when I bought them I felt like they were going to be the dumbest things I ever bought based on their looks, but they've been great.

So bummed the froggy nighty didn't fit :( If you are any good with a thread/needle, maybe you could just add in some small elastic pieces (anything that has some stretch to it, like how the top of a sock is) on the underside where it's too snug and it might fit that way?
