shoegal84 Hi so it would not let me send you a message on our normal chat, I believe in order to except the package you have to go to the original label which was the purse that was sent first, go under order complete and then hit except, on my end it says order complete it or I’m waiting for it to say order complete but it’s not going to say that until you hit accept so if you go under the original label and go down to the bottom after delivered it should have an option for you to hit accept
