michele1084461 @bettinaonposh I received the Alexander Wang shoes (thank you for packing them securely). However, I have a bit of a dilemma. They are too big for me. In your description it says the insole length is 10 inches which would fit me perfectly. Unfortunately, the insole measurement is almost 11 inches (10 3/4 inches). I really love the shoes and am trying to figure out how to make them fit. I thought you might have a suggestion since you’re a stylist.

michele1084461 @bettinaonposh Normally I would use a heel insert to push my foot forward a little so that my foot arch matches up with the arch of the shoe. Unfortunately, these don’t have a heel (just a strap of leather). I don’t think an instep (ball of foot) insert would work because they are sandals and it wouldn’t look good because you would be able to see it. Ideas?

bettinaonposh @michele1084461 @michele1084461 oh no! Ok what I would do is go to target.com and look up fab feet, they are the best insoles to make a shoe fit better. The gel, ball of foot goes under the palm of your foot and it works fabulously to push the foot up and back a little! Sorry for my measurement being off, I don’t know how I missed that. But, hopefully this works. It usually does the trick. Im on ig @bettinaonposh if you want to connect there then I can send you a pair of the pads !
