retrogurl Hi! I received the package today. The boots didn’t fit at all!!! I couldn’t zip it up at all. The other three shoes are beautiful. The slip on though is missing a stone. I own Aldos shoes as well and seven fits so IDK!😞 I’m also petite so I’m really surprised.

retrogurl I checked online and Aldos 37 is US 6.5. Your description said size 7. How can I rectify this. I was really looking forward to this. I still think you are awesome , I’m just disappointed. Can we please work something out? Thank you

hardyloveshiggy @retrogurl Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. That's weird because the original box said 7 and I've always worn a 7-7.5, never a 6.5. I didnt notice at all that here was a missing stone. 😬 I would be happy to work something out. Like I said before, though, I am still fairly new to this. I'm not sure of the options, other than an exchange? Let me know what you think.

Mmm...I only know to open a case and Poshmark process a refund after the item is returned. Or you can offer a discount for an item in your store. You decide which option works best for you.
