OMGosh! I just went to the beach today! :) We always try to go during the week when everyone else is at work. The traffic is just nuts now. If it's been 16 yrs., you wouldn't believe the difference. Too many houses, too many cars, too many people :(. It's not at all like when I was a little kid!! I miss the beauty of the mountains...it's peaceful :)

Where there were corn fields now their are developments. I grew up just south of Reho...@ Bethany Beach. After being gone for so long I couldn't believe how it had changed. I loved it as a little kid, but of course there were no outlets then and no where near as many homes or shops...it was more natural, beautiful. It kinda breaks my heart what has happened. It doesn't have the laid back feel anymore.

@connievotypka My thoughts on having a host pick is that it is probably mostly random. Iβm sure having well displayed listings and in-demand items helps. I canβt say for sure because I have never hosted a party! This would be a good question for someone hosting a party π They often advertise it and welcome comments.

@connievotypka Iβm not sure I could estimate an amount of time. You may want to talk to someone who does it full time. I would imagine it would depend on several factors such as how much time you invest and what items you are selling. Many people sell from the wholesale market which you can find in your account settings.
