@jojomall Hi Doll! Hope all is well :) As for the parties, there are 4 a day. But the only party that allows for you to share all your items is the evening party. It does have a theme like “Wardrobe Goals” etc... but sellers are not restricted by any specific brand or category. I typically share most of my closet to the evening party. Does that help? :)

They also held a package that was supposed to be delivered to me @ the post office claiming it was “per my request”. I did no such thing. You don't have enough followers yet to have a very strong closet, so you're going to have to be patient until you get more followers. You have been following and sharing in a good fashion, so that is good, continue to do that. You should have your nicest items at the top of your closet. Do you know how to arrange your closet? @susiesales2019 Question, when you have someone like an item, then do you offer a 10% off deal to them? When someone likes one of my items, I immediately offer 10% off, And then I wait for Friday or Saturday (most people get paid on Fri) to make a second offer to them, This time for 20% off. Then I wait until the next Friday and offer 30% off.

@susiesales2019 Sometimes the Friday after that I may offer 40% off if my price allows. If I have an expensive item I may offer free shipping along with those discounts to sweeten the deal. If you don't know how to make those offers, let me know and I will try to walk you through it.

@susiesales2019 really the fabric of posh Mark is sharing. When you share your item it jumps to the top of the search engine. So try to share your entire closet 2 to 3 times a day. When you share it goes to all of your followers. When someone else shares your item it goes to all of their followers, which are new eyes on your item. That's why it's important to share from other People's closets so they will share your items to their followers.

@susiesales2019 that being said, share your closet 2 to 3 times today if you can. The most important time is in the evening. Share your items to the parties that are going on when you can. And as your time allows share other people's closets. Share 10 items at a time from other people's closets. This way you will be noticed and they will Share back, your items to their followers for more potential sales.

I try to share with all party been trying to share a few times a day my closet but I haven't paid attention what time. I usually share every morning. I will make mental note to also share in evening. I also jump on every "follow game" That I see in other peoples closets. If you need more instruction on that just ask. I could go on an on, but you can do so many things at once. @susiesales2019 do you do price drop, offer private to Likers? That's the one you have to do and it Has to be 10% lower. So in the beginning I had to use Calculator. And posh Mark only uses solid dollars so you can't offer cents Increments so if you need to drop a price by $2.10 you have to drop at three dollars to hit the 10% mark

@susiesales2019 when you arrange your closet, Keep in mind that the best sellers are dresses, women's tops and women's pants. Jewelry in my opinion is the worst seller. Purses do OK. Don't clump same items together, sprinkle them throughout. That way it keeps the browser interested and they will look at more items. For sure your top 20 items, Should be your best dresses tops and pants. Good luck

This type of offer only works if someone has "liked" your item. That means The heart at the top right hand corner of your item is the color of red and has a number listed on it. (it cannot be you that like the item it must be a potential purchaser).

@susiesales2019 Open your item that you have for sale by tapping it. At the bottom right corner there is a blue button that says "price drop" Select that. A pop-up box will appear that has two choices, select the bottom choice that says "offer to likers (private). A new pop-up box will appear. Notice the little calculator icon on the right side, tap it. A new pop-up box will appear that gives you a selection of 10, 20 or 30% off. Select which one you would like to offer. Then select apply offer.

@susiesales2019 The app will automatically enter the dollar amount for your offer. Next you must select a shipping discount. It will not let you do it if you do not select at least one of the two options for a shipping discount.Select the sibling discount that you want and it will change color to read. At this point on the top right hand corner there is a icon that says "submit" You must select that in order for this offer to go through.

@susiesales2019 The way that you know the offer has been sent to your customers is, after you push the submit button look at the bottom of your item and there will be a new blue button that pops up and it says "view offers" you can tap that and it will show who the offers was sent to. If this blue button at the bottom does not pop up then that means the offer did not get sent because you did not drop it 10% from the last offer. So therefore you can choose to offer 20% off, or even 30% off.

@susiesales2019 The purpose of selecting news, and then selecting offers. Is to see active offers you have made and active offers people have made to you. So after you successfully make an offer to someone, then you can go into the news and look at your offer there if you like. I havent found much use for that Feature on Poshmark. But I suppose some people could look there for offers that they may have missed.

@susiesales2019 Yes I believe Photos gives your customers a sense of who they're dealing with. A first impression can never be made twice, so a Smiling face is welcoming.

@susiesales2019 It's important that your little icon that shows up to your customers be something that stands out from the rest of the crowd. As your browsing Poshmark notice who's icons stand out. Try to emulate something similar to the ones that are memorable to you. People need to recognize your closet brand.

@susiesales2019 I see you have re-organize your closet and it looks very nice, so much better. As you go forward taking photos for new additions, always be sure that your items are wrinkle free and you arrange them in the most pleasing way.

@susiesales2019 As you browse others closets, notice the photos that stand out to you and try to emulate that presentation. We're just small at home business and don't have expensive photo equipment or anything like that, but we can do the best with what we have. Good lighting, nice looking items that we would be proud to send out, arranged in a eye pleasing way. I am always critiquing other people's closets as I look at them trying to learn from them on what to do and what not to do.

@susiesales2019 yes, it's a little complicated. Go to that person's closet who asked you the question. At the top right hand corner there is a little icon that looks like a purse select that. It will take you to they are a bundle screen. Then you must select at the top right hand corner a little icon that looks like three dots.

@susiesales2019 That will take you to some options and you need to select the option that says something like "seller view" I will take you to a screen that allows you to add items to a bundle in their closet and then you can make an offer on that bundle. Give it a try good luck

@susiesales2019 Adjust your price down and let her know that you have done that, and that she should purchase it at that price. Great if she does, if she doesn't then you can raise the price back up for the next potential buyer.

@susiesales2019 Yes definitely include a thank you note. Some poshers include a small gift, That will be your personal preference if you want to start doing that. I would say only 40% do it, So it's fine if you don't.

@susiesales2019 If your shipping in a box, I think it's a good idea to place your package into a plastic bag before it goes into the box. so if while in transit some other package leaks, it will not ruin your item. That happens sometimes. If your shipping in the envelope, that's pretty much waterproof already.
