upsnowgirl Hi. I’m very sorry about the red coat. I had back surgery a few months ago and then the day before you bought this coat I slipped and fell and had to have emergency surgery w/ redo of the fusion. I was in the hospital for 12 days with no way to reach you or my other customers. . My sincere apologies for you having to cancel. I completely understand. I just thought I owed you any explanation.
