I had vacuum bag after vacuum bag in my basement and my daughter made me watch hoarders episode after episode until I did something

jmtaries @steffi3tmc - OMGosh that's too funny! I'm obsessed with hoarders!! Haha. I'm a SAHM. I can't work due to my MS, Fibro and other conditions. This is my "outlet", so to speak. Hehe. I'm trying to downsize my closet as well, recently lost 80lbs that I gained from steroid infusions from my MS relapses, so I'm getting rid of all those clothes and getting smaller clothes! 😊 Slowly getting to my goal weight. Trying to get as healthy as I can!

steffi3tmc @jmtaries I know that when I took some time off to be with my daughter and my son it was work! While I'm sorry about your MS, I'm thrilled for your weight loss. My husband lost his job two years ago and has had to start all over. Our savings were seriously depleted. So this is been a great outlet, even though I work outside the home too.

jmtaries @steffi3tmc - Yes, you're right, being a SAHM is a FT job!! My daughter will be 5 this July. That on top of my chronic conditions, I feel like I'm working non-stop. My hubby quit his job to pursue his own company, so it felt like we were starting over too! Depleted our savings as well. Then on top of that, I get hit with these diagnosis, & life has just been difficult. We've been rolling with the punches though!

I love being home with her! Being able to watch her grow & help mold her into a person. Sorry to hear about your hubby losing his job. The economy is just so difficult on everyone! Even those with great degrees too! I see it happening in the medical field even! It's a scary thing!

jmtaries @steffi3tmc - It really is a blessing! This is true! Taking care of our kids & our parents! My mom is 70 & even though she is still in good health, her eyes are failing her from having Toxoplasmosis in them, so she can't always drive, etc. she lives alone. Lost the love of her life (my stepdaddy) to Alzheimer's & Cancer from Agent Orange in 2014. I was there for her with that.

steffi3tmc @jmtaries they are both learning to live w/their new realities. They are wonderful ❤❤people, in their own ways but they both flipped out about the same age, 19 or so. It's been a struggle on top of my husband's stuff but we are grateful to be making it👍🏼. I think that learning to get through the struggles has made me a better person, more patient, more grateful and more considerate of others.

steffi3tmc @jmtaries my father-in-law has Alzheimer's, and Lewy body disease and unfortunately has lost most of his mind and a lot of his body functioning. There's no return but he still has some good days. He's a sweet man thankfully

Can make the most brilliant men become like babies. It's so sad and breaks your heart. I'll keep your FIL and your family in my thoughts and prayers! 😘

jmtaries @rosieismypuppy ~ Well, Poshmark rules state that anything over 5lbs requiring extra shipping is to come out of our proceeds, unfortunately. Their shipping rates are CRAZY, so what I do, is I take it to the Post Office (my local ladies love me because I am always there) and I ask them what the difference will be to stay within the time frame that Poshmark requires. They give me the difference and I pay it. Then they just stick the extra postage sticker on the box.

jmtaries @rosieismypuppy ~ I've not come across anyone that hasn't had anywhere I couldn't comment on something. Even if it was the generic post Poshmark gives them. Hmmmm.... I will have to look into that one for you. That is so bizarre. I am so sorry you are running into this issue. I'd give that other girl some more time to either accept your counter offer or to counter again. Meanwhile, I will reach out to some of my PFF's and ask them if they've ever come across this issue. ;-)

Also, you could tag people that buy your item that don't have "meet the posher" on an item they bought via your closet. That way they at least see some communication.

Select what items you're going to have in the flash sale or if you'll have the flash sale consist of all items and either lower all prices or select items. I use this emoji ⚡️ for flash sales. sandragittleson Hi girl! I am not a doctor, I found something that works for many things & helps for things you have, you might want to check it out... I know it won't hurt you. It is called Fasciablaster, Ashleyblack sells it. I am not affiliated with it myself I just have one and I use it., There is a support group on FB that is really encouraging & helpful. jmtaries @sandragittleson - Thanks for the info Hun! I'm undergoing chemo to stop progression of my lesions and I've been doing Plexus for a year now. It's helped a ton, getting my gut healthy!! 💪🏼 I see a Healthy Living Doctor too.. with his guidance, Plexus and a lot of hard work, I was able to shed 80 of the 100lbs I gained from the extremely high dose steroids I had to get from relapses! ⚖️👍🏼 I'm very organic and try to be as natural with ingredients as I can be. That has helped a ton!!

Anyway I have heard stories of women who use it and have amazing results... I'm not. Doctors I use it for facshia build up and cellulite. jmtaries @sandragittleson - Absolutely darling! It shocked me too! There's a lot of people that sell these things, so you just have to be careful. That's why I love being a mentor. I didn't know when I first started about the curling irons and I sold one. I saw other people selling them (even suggested users) and thought it was ok. So, I followed my PFF's and took their advice and have come a long way! Currently waiting for Suggested User status. 🤞🏼✨

jmtaries @rosieismypuppy - For a repeat customer, I'm more inclined to hold something. Typically I only hold for 48hrs. Since it's a repeat customer, I would hold for a week, then put back for sale if she doesn't buy. Let her know the terms up front though. Make sure she understands them and agrees to them. 😉

jmtaries @rosieismypuppy - Terms would be: price discussed, time being held, time you will a lot before you release back to general public for purchase, etc. To set it aside, you could either create a whole new listing for her with the items and set the individual items as "Not For Sale", or you can just set the individual items as "Not For Sale" and change it back when she's ready to purchase. I'll tag you in a special bundle I created for someone.

amp4ever Soooo sorry about the slight ciggy smell! I usually wash everything right before I send it, especially in winter it's so cold out we smoke in the house. jmtaries @rosieismypuppy - They will email you and let you know when your date will be, but you won't find out details (time and name of party) until much closer. So then what you will do is make a graphic with the details you know, much like you've seen. Then you will get insanely overwhelmed with notifications!!! 😂 You get 100 spots of items to have as Host Picks from closets from different closets! You'll want to make sure the closets are up to Poshmark Compliance!

jmtaries @rosieismypuppy - You can still fix it, just sit there one evening, like after the last party and share to "Followers" & organize everything. I finally was able to put all my stuff into sections. I even have a "New Items" section for items I newly listed!! Easier for people to find them. I keep them there for about a week before moving them to their designated section. Haha It takes time, but worth it! 😉

Started taking Plexus and got my gut healthy, which has made a HUGE difference with my weight loss and symptoms!!! Even my MS Specialist and Healthy Living Doctor are impressed! They hand out the Plexus brochures!! I've turned so many health issues around that the steroids caused!

carolgold @jmtaries Things have really been slow! When I first posted without the mannequin I actually sold more! Thought it would boost sales but it doesn't seem to have made a huge difference. I tried some different apps to frame my pictures, tried lowering prices, the pics look nice but still 😥 no sales! Hope you have more luck than I am!😜 Take care😊 and Good luck🤗👍🏻
