breeziebrie304 Hey! I was asking you about a mutual buyer we have who had a “no secure location” notice and package wasn’t delivered. You suggested I start a claim with the post office, I have tried to do so but I am on able to find her address to get the claim filed. Is there a place on Poshmark that has her address listed? I used poshmarks shipping label so I can’t find her address listed anywhere. The tracking info doesn’t show her address either.

julyb3383 @breeziebrie304 @Catcin4's address is: 521 Franklin St. Michigan City, IN 46360. Her name is Taverna Tonelli. I would also contact poshmark customer support and let them know the issue. I did all of that and the item was finally delivered.

breeziebrie304 @julyb3383 thanks! I’m trying to file a claim but couldn’t do it online on my phone, tried on the laptop and don’t have a file to upload showing Proof of purchase, called USPS and was on hold over 41 min before I hung up!

julyb3383 @breeziebrie304 I filed claim with USPS right from my phone, uploaded the pic of the item I shipped that was "lost or missing" and a few days later it was delivered. Try going to the post office in person, I did that knowing they don't ever answer the phones, I told them the situation n then I went home n filed a claim.

breeziebrie304 @julyb3383 I tried from my phone but it won’t allow me to fill in certain parts, and it won’t let you report the claim without all fields filled out. I don’t know if it’s an Apple issue or what

julyb3383 @breeziebrie304 I'm pretty sure I know what your talking about bcuz I had the same issue with filling out the claim. I had to basically ad-lib certain info or see if there's a drop down box to help fill out all the required fields.

breeziebrie304 @julyb3383 I finally called USPS and they said all they can do is reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, if it’s not received then they send it back to me the following day! I’ve emailed Poshmark twice, NO REPLY! I did everything correctly, shipped quickly, etc. it’s not fair that I’m not going to get my funds. Thank you for your help!

breeziebrie304 @julyb3383 I left a comment on her page, that’s when I saw your comment. She has NOT contacted me or the post office!! Weird! Why would she continue to purchase things and then not even try to have them delivered? It makes no sense especially after she has paid for the items!

julyb3383 @breeziebrie304 Yes, I'm glad they're re-delivering it tmrw, and if it doesn't deliver and they return the item back to you, I would send it back out to the buyer again until she receives it.
