mayasommer hi girl! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you shouldn't ship the big bundle to dj2346. She purchased a large bundle from me yesterday and Poshmark cancelled it 18 hours later. I posted about it on the posh fb group and people told me she is probably a known scammer. Sounds like she is since she appears to have purchased huge bundles from at least 5 girls yesterday. I feel your pain about the disappointment of losing a big bundle order.

mayasommer Same, but in my case it's 13 items. I already emailed posh and insisted that they reactivate the listings. That's the least they can do. I'm almost positive that they'll be able to do that for us.

mayasommer @gypsyeden not sure if it's an issue anymore but she was concerned that she was being scammed again because a girl made an expensive bundle and I was asking if you had come up with any good way to tell if someone is scamming before shipping to them.

gypsyeden @mayasommer I have started waiting a least 24hrs before I ship anything. A buyer can't cancel anything after 4hrs & posh usually knows within 24 hours if the buyers a scammer. Posh canceled my order 18hrs after she purchased. Make sure to keep the tracking info so if your package does go out and it's canceled you can know exactly what post office at that and call them directly. It's like $15 to put a hold on a package and posh will reimburse you.

gypsyeden @mayasommer Anytime! I totally agree that it's good for us to stick together. There are so many amazing people on posh but those few bad seeds really screw things up for all of us. I think they should make it an 18+ app (hope u aren't under 18, lol). Ive had quite a few things happen and every single time the person was 14-16 yrs old.

hellobeauties @filesinc hi girl! Welcome to poshmark! Don't worry about the scammers. The only two times it happened to me so far was I shipped the item and then the user cancelled but when I notified poshmark they reimbursed me. The second time a fake user purchased a huge bundle and I guess did it for a few people and poshmark realized she was a scammer and they cancelled her order even before I could ship it so everything turned out alright😊 if you have any questions just let me know! I'm happy to help!
