dkathletics Hi Lisa! We just received a review from a buyer that left a - comment B/C the top she bought is too small for her. We’ve never received anything lower than a 5⭐️rating. We thought it must be an error as the blouse photos included measurements. We noticed she has done the same thing to you as well as other sellers. Were you able to resolve her issues? Customer care means everything & we try to always exceed expectations. 💗 Wondering what to do since it’s just too small for her. Any tips?

junkdiva @dkathletics Hi! I think I know who you’re referring to. I also pride myself on excellent customer service and provide measurements and lots of details to help buyers make an informed decision. I reached out to customer service about this and they said no one else can see your ratings unless it’s 5-stars with a love note. One less than 5-star rating will have little effect on your overall rating, which no one sees anyway.

junkdiva @dkathletics They don’t allow returns because of fit, so all you can do is move on. She’s stuck with it because she didn’t look at the measurements. Not your problem. Sorry this happened to you and others. At least we know it’s her and not us! If she doesn’t try to initiate a return, my advice is just let it go.

dkathletics @junkdiva Another good point. Thank you. It’s a high quality, like new, blouse with 8 photos and clear description and measurements. She did not initiate a refund, just wrote that it was not her size. If it’s not her size, she can repost it and likely make more money.
