I also accidentally clicked “accept order” not realizing that meant it had been accepted on my end and customer service isn’t able to undo it. chi_lydia @dlsassy69 I’m so sorry for the late response, it’s been a lot going on. I just loss a love one so my mind & energy to care is very low so I’ve been late doing things. I finally went to get this item & noticed I don’t have it or just can’t find it cause it so much on my mind & im over looking it. It won’t have a tracking number or any updates because you marked the order as complete but u have nothing to worry about. I don’t want the karma of making someone unhappy & think postmark is a scam with untrustworthy people so let me & others reading know when u get it! Lol God bless you as well & happy holidays ❤️

katebass01 Hello! I returned a pair of pants to you back in April which were not as described in the posting because of a large cigarette burn hole melted into the fabric on the front of the leg. The tracking reflects that the package was returned to you but that you never accepted this. It would be great to be given my money back for the damaged item you sent me. Thanks.
