hawaii_aloha @kris_f_l Hi! Thank you for asking me. No, I would NOT ship the order if you cannot find the user. You said the buyer already paid, but technically you don't get "paid" real money or credits until the buyer presses the "accept" button after receiving the item. If it says cannot find user, that probably means the user either cancelled their account or they were suspended for violating Poshmarks terms and conditions.
