frompamscloset Hi Natalie. Posh policy is all sales are final unless there is something incorrect about the item. They make all decisions about returns as all sales go through Posh. I use inserts in the Heel which keeps your foot in place for some of the shoes I have. Most Shoe stores have them-they are about $3.00-4.00. They have self stick tape and are placed in the Heel. They work very well.
