Hello! My name's Robyn. As my user name suggests, I'm a nurse. I have the privilege of helping to bring new lives into the world working in labor and delivery. When I'm not working, I enjoy shopping (obviously, lol), spending time with friends and family and reading. Many of the items in my closet are things I am selling for my mom. nurserobyn @mandapanda83 Hello. I am very sorry to hear about your son. I have seen your awareness post and I will be happy to share. This picture was taken at Leavenworth, which is a little Bavarian town about 2 hours from where I live. I visit there at least once each summer :)

mandapanda83 It is ok. He was originally diagnosed with infantile Leukodystrophy! I couldn't and wouldn't accept that. It was a fight to even get an MRI even though he enveloped vertical nystagmus at 6 wks old... I was laughter at when I told them I was a MA and then at his 4 month well child check up they told me it may be a Greyson thing.. Charted in his records I was an overly worried and diagnosing mom!! His GI doc finally ordered it during his 8th month..

mandapanda83 From 8-13 months we knew he wouldn't see 2 years old. I created a go fund me to get us to the ULF SOP and they reviewed his MRI's and concluded it was cCMV. His Zpku card had already been destroyed.. Anyway, I was born and raised in Germany, so that is why I asked!! Have a lovely night! 💞🐼 @nurserobyn

nurserobyn @mandapanda83 I cannot even begin to imagine how difficult this has all been for you and your family. I'm so glad you were persistent in getting the necessary tests and obtaining an accurate diagnosis. I hope you have a lovely night too. I don't think I've mentioned this before, but I love pandas too. You could almost say I have a slight obsession with the little fur balls :)

mandapanda83 Yes, it has been VERY difficult, but God gave me the strength to fight for my baby boy!! My nickname has always been mandapanda! My maiden name is Panco so it was always mandapanda!
