Hi there, thank you for your purchase and I hope you love all of it! Just wanted to let you know that unfortunately I couldn’t find a box to package the items in but I was able to fit all of them in a shipping bag. Just a heads up — i hope that is okay! I just wanted to ship it out ASAP ❤️

Hi Amy! You just recently bought bags from me. I ACCIDENTLY sent 2 VS bags instead of 1 and the teal purse. The package was sent out the next day. Once I realized my mistake, I messaged you on the bundle sale but not sure if you saw it.
I went to get the teal purse and pack it up and send but for some reason, there are small rips all over it....I can't sell this to you, I am so so sorry!! Let me know what you'd like to do. You can keep the other VS bag because of my dumb mistake. 😕

@knzmom Hi, I received the bags today. The purse was the one I really wanted and was getting the tote just because it was a good deal. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the accidental bag you shipped. I'm not sure how posh does returns, but I'll initiate one from my end. No hard feelings from me as I understand mistakes happen.
