thrifty_liz @hrch232 Hi! So, I was going through my sales to make sure earnings had been released for all of them. It looks like the item you purchased stopped tracking even though it was delivered to you. Even though you received it, they never released the funds to me. I guess because they just realized that it never showed as delivered they refunded you and released my earnings. Hope that helps explain it.
