@tigerlilyrose they are in perfect condition. No chips, or defects of any kind. I don't sell damaged pieces without disclosing it. I'm a very honest seller. I completely understand if you've never traded before, but like you I'm also a very honest person. I would never do anything to sacrifice my status and good standing with Poshmark. I have top 10% seller, ratings, and soon to be Poshmark ambassador. But, I completely understand if you're not comfortable with trading. There's always a first time, and I was hesitant too. But it worked out for me.

@wallywong LOL..I have owned and handled enough Tiffany products, as well as this particular charm to spot that it an obvious replica. Your replica has been poorly mass produced from an original most likely. It is evident from the very shoddy engraving procedure used. Best of luck to you!

@yayalisa67 You could always get an authenticator to look at them. Or.. send to T&Co for a clean and polish. That will clear up any doubts as to authenticity. I have not had any issues with Posh regarding my Puffy Hearts. I took a peek at yours and the hallmark/fineness is very similar to the hallmarking used in the 1980's. Sorry I couldn't be of better help.

@doodie2112 that is extremely helpful. Everything I’ve read says the same about it being an 80s design. My customer said she went to T&C in Michigan and they told her it was not theirs. It’s getting me very worked up because I know where I purchased it. In NYC Probably earlier 90s

@yayalisa67 if you purchased it direct from Tiffany in NYC, they will have a record of it and you can call customer service. It will be in your client file I believe. I can say this.. SP's are prohibited by company policy to authenticate. However, SP's are SALES Professionals. They sell.. and the art of the sale at times is to say whatever the client wants to hear to close THEIR personal sale. Sad but true in corporate business today.

@yayalisa67I own pieces that shock and awe the Tiffany employees when I show them. And I have had long tenured T&Co employees show me the most breathtaking one off pieces never offered. I cannot say if your customer is being dishonest, or spoke to an SP that said something they shouldn't have, or your customer only heard what they wanted to hear. And I do know that most run of the mill SP's are wholly uneducated about the gastronomic span of products their company has offered for 181 years.

@yayalisa67 I recommend sending it to the East Elmhurst Service Center for a clean and polish. It will cost $50 for service and $20 for return shipping. They will polish and if a replica, reject it. But if you personally purchased it yourself and know it to be 100% authentic, should not be a problem. Almost all luxury companies like T&Co, LV, Gucci, Chanel, etc., prohibit their associates from performing any type of assessment or authentication for this very reason.

@yayalisa67 They simply are not knowledgeable enough in the companies vast histories to know. And run of the mill sales people in these luxury companies do not have access to the archival databases.. only the service and repair houses do where the master craftsmen/repair personnel can access the archives to determine authenticity. Tiffany is a bit different with its jewelry but same nonetheless.

I have contacted NYC store by email about this and will probably call Monday. The customer has not filed a return request and has not communicated with me. Since Posh has flagged the listing as a replica I fear I may not get them returned 😔😔😔😔 I truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to give me this explanation 🤗🤗
