globalboutique @emmyleehud One of the most important lessons I learned was about maintaining a Poshmark compliant closet. The rules and regulations about items that are acceptable for listing on Posh. I also approached seasoned Poshers for help. I appreciate the camaraderie and empowerment that Poshers provide one another.

emmyleehud @annieslebonheur I need advice on what to do when a seller has damaged your item for what I can only imagine is bc it doesn't fit. Just had this happen and item is being sent back. All my items are thoroughly checked before sale and before shipping.

emmyleehud @annieslebonheur Since Posh has no phone CS and this email business is ridiculous, I don't know what to do. I specifically checked the item at the seller's request about any flaws with the dress in question. It was only worn once and perfect. Seller claimed a stain

globalboutique @emmyleehud I recommend that you contact (email) Poshmark support. Please take pictures of the dress in question as proof. I hope that you have before and after pics of the garment. Even if you don't have pics, it is important for you to explain your situation to Poshmark Support.

emmyleehud @annieslebonheur yes, the dress is coming back to me as "stained" which was not the case when I sent it out. The only pics I have are of the sale photos. :/
