anabel1212 Hi, you purchased the purology shampoo from me and I saw that you left me a bad review saying that the item was used and I had lie on my post. The item was brand new never used. was it damaged when you received it? Also, I took the shipping time allowed by poshmark to ship the item to reduce the times of exposure due to covid 19. I am in Los Angeles where there are a lot of restrictions and measures in place to stay at home
