delizreborn @evachere1978 Hi Eva! If seller is offering you a $4.99 shipping, he/ she is offering you a $1.80 discount from the regular shipping cost of $6.78. You're paying $4.99 and the seller is paying $1.80, sometimes sellers also add to the offer a discount on the item price. Let me know if you need more information:)

evachere1978 @delizreborn Oohhhh..... Thank you...So I would be paying the 4.99?? Ok, No I can't do that either unfortunately. I got these recently... unfortunately do to some swelling in my feet / ankles they don't fit. So I would like to at least make what I paid for them...... So I can get a bigger pair.... :)

delizreborn @evachere1978 Yes:( You as a seller are offering to pay $1.80 from the buyer shipping cost. But don't worry, all your items are really cute, soon someone will buy them. I'm still interested in one of your items, but I'm moving right now, I hope it's still available when I'm finish with all my extra expenses:(

evachere1978 @delizreborn I have many more.... Just need to get energy to take photos & post them etc.. I'm Dealing w some medical issues, which makes things very difficult a lot. Due to this, I am unable to work. :( So this, & other apps is how I make a little money for myself & more importantly, my lil girl. :)
