I am an honest seller, all items come from a smoke free home, all brands are authentic (I don't buy fakes and would never try to pass one off either!) & items & their condition are described accurately. Delivering school supplies in Haiti, bicycles in Cambodia, cleaning up beaches in Puerto Rico & Canada, planting gardens in Dominican Republic & visiting schools in Panama & Bangladesh. poshinistajen @amkhan Hi there! Thank you so much for the shares! I usually try to share from a computer or my iPad because it is faster than my phone. I usually scroll to the bottom of my closet or the things I want to put at the bottom and share those first. They will go to the top when shared and ai just keep sharing from the bottom up to reorder/organize my closet. Like I usually have jewelry at the bottom along with some signs.

poshinistajen @amkhan Depending on the current season I will put less popular items at the bottom - shorts and summer tops in the winter go to bottom. Sweaters I will organize up top with boots when in season. It's important to organize your "one size fits all" items like purses, accessories and jewelry toward the middle or bottom so if people filter by "my size" they don't have to scroll through a ton of jewelry and purses to see a dress you are selling in their exact size.

poshinistajen @amkhan I usually put more expensive items and newly added items toward the top too so they get more shares and exposure. When you share your own closet, it goes to your followers news feed. (Which is why it is important to get your followers up! So more people see your items!) When you share to a party, anyone looking at the party feed will see your item (they don't have to be following you.) So it is a good idea to share to parties when you can!

poshinistajen @amkhan When you share your items it updates the date and time and so it will appear higher in search results when someone searches for that item or a similar one. This is why Poshmark recommends sharing your closet from 1 to 3 times a day. It is good exposure to your items!

poshinistajen @qwilly Hi there! No problem! I use a free app called PhotoGrid. It is available for Android or iOS! I use it to edit most of my Poshmark photos too! You can adjust brightness and contrast and do collages.

poshinistajen @amkhan Good morning! Having a lot of followers is not necessary for making a lot of sales. It helps with getting a lot of likes and getting views. But getting actual sales is based more on having items buyers want that are in demand and having great titles, photos and descriptions. I think you have a beautiful closet! Your titles and descriptions are great and photos are perfect! Hang in there because summers can get a little slow with sales!

poshinistajen @amkhan I would recommend making private offers after someone likes an item. Some sellers have fantastic success with this method. For me it is hit and miss. I'm looking to make a profit that is worth it to acquire the item, photograph and list it. So I have a minimum I like to make on each sale. I am not in a hurry to cut prices to make sales. Everything sells eventually. If not, relist it.

I drop prices every once in a while during CCO but I normally stick to private offers or letting people make me offers. If you drop your prices too much too fast you will kill your profit margins.

poshinistajen @ickemat Hi there, you could print it from your web browser (not sure if quality is high enough to print though) or if you are a member of any of the Poshmark Facebook groups you could search for a better quality version on there. Ideally you should be able to click on it, zoom in and show your Post Office the post.

poshinistajen @laleighadams Hi there! I am happy to help! You may want to scroll through my original Meet the Posher for tips and tricks. If you have any questions specifically I am always happy to help! I guess biggest piece of advice I can give is focus on good photos. Put your item on a hanger and hang on a light colored wall. Then use a free app like PhotoGrid to brighten or change contrast. The camera function on the Poshmark App isn't that great of quality.

poshinistajen @dg_sf Thanks so much!! I took a look at your closet and you have great items, great descriptions, great prices and great photos. So I would say keep sharing your closet, when you get likes, use the offer to likers feature. Most of your stuff looks like XS so find other people that have or sell XS pieces in the same brands and follow and share them. Also go in and click Find People- new closets and new users and follow as many of them as you can each day!

poshinistajen @dg_sf I like to send offers within a day or so of the like. And I don't do Closet Clear Out too frequently because it is essentially a permanent price drop and will be saved in history on that item.

savvyshoppersho Hi there! I love your closet. I have a selling question. If I sell something really tiny, like a pair of earrings, and I offer free shipping, do I have to ship priority?? I have 20 pair of really cute earrings. They are costume jewelry that retails for $20 a pair. I want to post them on Poshmark for like 8 or ten dollar a pair. Does this mean that I would sell them for 8 and pay $7.11 for shipping? That can’t be (could it) because I would owe Poshmark $2.06. Help!! I’m confused!!😳😳

poshinistajen @savvyshoppersho You always have to ship using the label Poshmark supplies to you. You always need to ship Priority. If you do not, you open yourself up to getting scammed and people saying they never received an item. And if they never accept the package you are out the money AND the item. Buyers pay shipping. If you offer free shipping it comes out of YOUR profit.

poshinistajen @savvyshoppersho Keep in mind Poshmark also takes a flat $2.95 for all sales under $15. So literally you would be paying $7.11 + 2.95 or 20% to sell and item or a bundle with free shipping. I personally would recommend listing them for $20 a pair and offering free shipping only on bundles of 2 or more.

My thought was that they probably won’t sell for $20 considering that the buyer would then have to add an additional $7.11. Maybe I’ll try2 pair for $30. I really wish that the shipping on Poshmark wasn’t so high, but I do like the fact that all orders can be tracked. I guess it’s either ice cream or cake...but not both. stayclassyusa Hi...I see you deal in high-end men’s shoes. If you get a sec, please check out the shoes in my closet. My father gave me several pairs of very expensive shoes. cheryl1da Just so you know, I only share 3-5 items per seller per day, and I do it SLOWLY. I learned from a top-selling ambassador that doing this allows the FEED a better chance to show the items and creates sales. I use it on my closet as well. It works! KEEP SAFE! WEAR A MASK God Bless, Cheryl

What do you think of bundling (I’ve noticed many who select the option are choosing items already deeply discounted)? Lastly, can you shed some light on the wholesale market, are prices reasonable that you can still turn a profit? How much to buy? Hope that’s not too many questions. 😬

poshinistajen @petit_tresors Private offers: click the "Offer/Price Drop" button on the mobile app. Then "Offer to likers (private)" and you can set the private offer price to be sent to likers. You can do this as often as you'd like but likers will only get the offer once every 90 days unless it is substantially lower than previous offers.

poshinistajen @petit_tresors People love to bundle a bunch of items and wait for the seller to send a deeply discounted offer. Everyone loves a bargain so price high, give yourself room for negotiation and put yourself in the buyer's shoes when considering offers or pricing bundles. Sometimes people like to bundle to save for later too.

poshinistajen @petit_tresors As far as the wholesale market I would not recommend it as the market is saturated and you really have to price things high to make your money back. Stick to sourcing locally and keeping your COG (cost of goods) low so you can control your risk level.

Plus there are so many other great bloggers and vloggers on Poshmark that upload great content all the time. I don't think I would add much to the mix since I'm not a full-time reseller.

cheryl1da Yes, I enjoy sharing. I just no longer share more than 3-5 items per 24 hours periods from each seller, and I do it SLOWLY. This allows the FEED a chance to show items better AND creates more sales! This is what I learned from this top-selling ambassador and it works! You have to change your habits about sharing I know. But it's worth it. At least for those of us who do it. I hope this makes sense. Many blessings, Cheryl

dye4joy @poshinistajen Thanks for the shares! I have been lurking a while and just started selling a month ago and am now an ambassador and still navigating for sure! I have a question. When someone puts things in their bundle, and don't make an offer or buy, what do you do? I typically comment on the bundle and send an offer at the discounted bundle rate. Not one person so far has purchased at that rate. Am I missing something? Does the 15% off of 3 mean nothing? Thanks so much!

poshinistajen @dye4joy Hi there! I usually wait a while to see if they are done shopping my closet and then make an offer. Some people want more than 15% off. So it is a good idea to price high and take offers. Also if you have a bundle discount already set on your closet, they may be checking out what the total will be with shipping , etc. I wouldn't worry too much about it. There is a buyer for everything!

poshinistajen @theposhpalour Hi there! I recommend sharing from the feed to get the most shares across poshers. If you do it from a computer you can line up your mouse over the share button on a column and use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the feed and mouse to click really fast. Sharing from your news is also a good way to repay shares back to those who have followed you but yes it is time consuming!

desert_thrifted I saw your priority box listing but the comments are full. I was just told by USPS on Friday I can't use any of the boxes because my shipping label says Commercial Plus Pricing? I could use the free priority poly mailer or my own poly mailer or box. Do you know if the Commercial Plus Pricing is something new?

poshinistajen @desert_thrifted The labels have said Commercial Plus Pricing since January at least. I went back and looked at my previous sales. You can use any Priority Mail box or envelope as long as it doesn't say Express. I would ask to speak to a manager. Show them the verbiage on the bottom of the label. Your box just needs to be 5 pounds or less.
