janemt70 Hi -I ordered the orthofeet biofit sneakers for my mother. The shoes were in perfect condition. It wasnt until she tried on that we realized they’re not correct size. Your description said size 8 in men and size 9.5 in women’s. She wears 9.5 so thought this perfect. Once tried, we realized they’re a women’s size 8. They are still boxed as sent & I am hoping that I can return and trade for the correct size? She loves orthofeet- we just need a 9.5 in women. Thanks so much! Jane

jerzwave @peruvianjewel We don’t come across shoes in that size but we will make the extra effort. I just have to tell my husband and he will make it a point to fin 16+ size shoes. Make sure to follow us and once we get the items, we will definitely share them with you. Thanks again for your business. We ship same day so you should have your sandals by Saturday the latest.
