Hi, I’m Shelley and my little, Scarlett. We are the creators of Simply Scarlett. Here at SS we get life and how expensive everything is becoming but dressing our little’s shouldn’t be a hassle and remain being fun. We make sure our clothes are affordable and still beautiful.
